Inclusion & curriculum advisory councils

Open to any staff member at SA with rotating membership, these Councils monitor DE&I in our culture and curriculum and advise executive leaders.

The mentorship program pairs junior staff members with SA managers and leaders to receive informal guidance and coaching.

To ensure equitable access to career opportunities and advancement, the CEO hosts webinars on pathways to leadership roles to ensure transparency and access.

SA staff engage in DE&I training, have access to an Equity Library to further their self-education, and participate in an enterprise-wide book club centered on powerful works about racism.
