A springboard for growth

Our staff members have accelerated opportunities for career advancement in instructional and school leadership, as well as pathways into curriculum development, training, and more. SA teachers also have the opportunity to pursue a free master’s degree.

A career path with options

One of the most exciting parts of joining SA is the options it affords you. After 2-3 years you have a few career paths available to you.

Stay in the classroom

We believe that teaching is incredibly rewarding. If you find that you love teaching, you can continue in the classroom, and help to train incoming teachers at SA as a grade team lead.

School leadership

We prefer to promote from within our own ranks. Our rising Assistant Principal and School Leader programs help teachers transition from running a classroom to running a school.

Join the network office

For teachers who are interested in curriculum, or the business of education there are available roles at the network that provide a pathway from the schools into the broader education industry

Transfer your skills

Teaching provides transferable skills like how to present information, conflict management, data analysis, and leadership experience that make our teachers in demand with employers from other industries.
