At Success Academy, we do that by bringing together a diverse group of motivated, committed adults and giving them the resources and support they need to build joyful school communities that deliver a life-changing education for kids of all backgrounds.

Professional Growth

Transforming opportunity for kids and communities requires talent and know-how. At Success Academy, you receive a summer intensive and weekly training throughout the year to help you rapidly build professional capacity in communications, data analysis, public speaking, project management, and leadership. With ongoing coaching, support, and feedback, you’ll gain skills that transfer to immediate success in your role and will serve you throughout your career. Teachers also have the opportunity to pursue a free master’s degree in education after one year in the classroom.

With fully stocked, technologically up-to-date classrooms, an Operations team that handles non-instructional duties, and a fully-developed yearlong curriculum, teaching at Success Academy is different. Here, you never work solo: daily coaching, weekly half-day trainings, and collaborative team meetings all support your day-to-day responsibilities. At our Robertson Center, you have opportunities to connect with educators from across the city and country, who gather for teacher wellness events, and to explore and debate big ideas and bold solutions in the pursuit of world-class schools.
