I came to Success Academy because I believed in the dual mission and knew I could use the skills I had cultivated as an Administrative Assistant to help children as an Office Coordinator. Three years later, I'm leading a team and impacting scholar's lives every day as a Business Operations Manager.

Build schools — and community.

The Operations Team plays a critical role in building our joyful learning environments. Coordinating field studies, engaging with families, and managing scholar health are just a few day-to-day activities this team handles. Their work builds close relationships with teachers, scholars, and families, and without them our schools wouldn’t run!

These are the children who gave us the reason to build the schools that we built.

When I found Success Academy, I knew my problem-solving skills and creativity could be to used to make a difference for children.
